  • A rental of The McAdam’s Event Room.
  • Onsite coordination by the Modern team.
  • Accommodates up to 75 people.
  • Equipped for audio-visual presentations and virtual technology.
  • Podium & microphone for “Words of Remembrance”.
  • The following refreshments will be provided by a local catering business for up to 75 people:

– Six 16 inch trays of sandwiches
– Six 16 inch trays of assorted sweets
– Two trays of vegetables with dip
– Tea and coffee

PLEASE NOTE:

  • This package is subject to facility availability.
  • Any food items in addition to those listed above are available at an additional cost.
  • Variable costs such as honoraria, newspapers, flowers, etc., are not included in this package.

AT THE TIME OF DEATH

Our package includes the following professional and administrative services required for the care of the deceased and regulatory compliance.

  • Transportation of the deceased from the place of death
  • Administration and coordination of government documentation
  • Cremation fee
  • Basic cremation container
  • Other options are available for an additional cost
  • Facilities for the secure care of the deceased
  • Certification of Death (15 copies)
  • Online obituary
  • After Care Session with specialist

THE MCADAMS EVENT ROOMS

The Modern Celebration of Life Package hosted at McAdam’s Event Centre incorporates two tastefully decorated rooms for guests to feel relaxed and at home. These comfortable personal seating arrangements can accommodate any size of grouping you may need. Often a play area for children or a spot for teens to gather in groups is requested. McAdam’s Event Centre can accommodate a living room style arrangement for small intimate groups or as a large open gathering space, either way, we want you to make yourself at home. Guests can enjoy music by a pianist, guitarist, violinist, or simply soft music in the background during the event. Personal pictures, art, or memorabilia are always welcome as guests can enjoy the stories behind the memorabilia. Our Modern Team is here to help organize and arrange all your needs.
