Funeral Directors and Embalmers Act
In Accordance with Bill 62 (2004) The Embalmers, Funeral Directors and Funeral Providers Act of The Province of New Brunswick, Section 24, “A licensee Shall”, Subsection (a): “keep a current price list of all goods and services for sale”; (b) display the current price list in a conspicuous place on the premises that is accessible to members of the public and provide a copy of it to a consumer on request”.
