Gerry Arthur Fradsham

With sadness we announce the passing of Gerard “Gerry” Arthur Fradsham, at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital (DECH) on May 11th, 2025. Born on December 6th, 1957, he was cared for and loved by Sheena, Jeremy, and their son William Melanson for many years.

In addition to Sheena, Jeremy, and William, Gerry will be missed by, family pets Bailey and Rex, all his loved ones, and all of the people he has had an impact on over the years.

Gerry was best known for his love for Jesus the son of God, his addiction to Tim Hortons coffee, attending Camp Rotary, and tearing paper for the provincial archives for many years. He will always be remembered for lighting up a room by singing, laughing, and entertaining everyone in it, his love for Christmas and The Grinch. They will miss him every day and at family gatherings.

A deep thank you to the nurses, staff, social workers, and doctors of the Emergency & 4SW at the DECH for their kindness and care during this difficult time.

A celebration of Gerry's life will take place at a later date.
