Includes:

  • A three-hour rental of the riverside room from 1 PM to 4 PM.
  • A private by invitation only event
  • Onsite coordination of the event by the Modern Celebrations & Cremations Team. Staff will be at Picaroons in advance and throughout the event.
  • The 540 NORTH catering team will provide appetizers for 50 people including:


– 8 dozen chicken wings
– 5 orders of nachos
– 5 orders of black bean dip


  • The Picaroons Brewing Company will provide 100 of their assorted drinks per 50 guests which include:


– various craft beers
– a selection of ciders
– an array of wines

  • This package is subject to facility availability. Times and dates will be coordinated with Picaroons & 540 NORTH.
  • Alcohol sales and any food items in addition to those listed above are available at an additional cost.
  • Variable costs such as honoraria, newspapers, flowers, etc., are not included in this package.

The Greenbrier Room

This room is very versatile and is easily tailored to your preference. The area may be arranged to suit a stand-up event or a sit-down event. This location is ideal for a laid-back, casual celebration. The immaculate riverside views set the tone for a relaxing and memorable Celebration of Life Event.
